Our South Carolina friends showed us how to cook an authenic SC BQ HOG and shared one of the family secret recipes. We use a gas cooker but they gave us BQ 101 the old timey way with wood. YUM...A smokey taste. It's a downhome video with the good 'ol boys, great family for sure. We had to do BQ 101 with the gas cooker for a couple years to get it right. Never rush a hog! Don't try this at home(lol)-They grew up with this. This video in 3 parts.
